We offer our customers the electrostatic powder coating method. This method has been in the industry for many years. Our company offers this method especially for sectors who need high-quantity and yet serial workpieces. Apart from offering this service with 1 piece of conveyor powder coating, we also offer box-type electrostatic powder units for sectors who don’t need serial workpieces.

Before we carry on with the painting process, we carry out our preparations on the conveyors with the nanospray technology technique. Our conveyor line consists of a cleaning unit, drying unit, painting unit and baking unit. Our conveyor length is 160 mt. and can perform painting processes on our conveyor line up to your products of 2500 x 500 x 500 sizes.
